Communications
Stories change lives. They inform and build movements. Work with us to tell the stories that matter as we use social media, print, and digital content to connect more people to the gospel and communicate God's work to our prayer and financial partners.
Innovation
Accelerate the ministry of Cru through strategic learning, innovation, and strategy and resource development. We ask: What do we need to know to more effectively fulfill our mission? How do we need to change? What new strategic initiatives and ministry resources can increase our ministry effectiveness?
Marketing
Marketing offers people their best next step of growth in Christ in terms they understand. We need your help to learn about our audience and help them in their journey toward Jesus.
Business Systems & Analytics
Strategically solve problems to improve and develop ministry systems to help Cru fulfill the great Commission.
Creative
Video, graphics and design are an integral part of all we do – from events, to on-campus outreach, to building partnerships. Our creative teams ensure all our materials are professional, visually interesting and engaging to draw people in, build trust, and help them understand our message.
Project Management & Administration
Use your organization and management skills to multiply effectiveness in every aspect of ministry! Manage projects involving creatives, musicians, technology, etc., or empower leaders to send the gospel farther.
Human Resources
Accelerate taking the gospel to the world by working through strategic systems and processes to care effectively for our missionary staff and organizational resources.
Humanitarian Aid & Law
Use the common ground of justice and humanitarian aid to go where we are not. Serve the legal needs of every Cru ministry, having an impact in nearly every country in the world.
Finance
To support our mission and worldwide operations of our staff, systems and events, Cru finance professionals process thousands of dollars in donations and transactions each day. They ensure Cru adheres to good financial stewardship, U.S. laws, and best practices as we use the money God has entrusted to our ministry.
Technology
Use your unique skill set as a computer engineer, web developer or tech enthusiast to impact the Kingdom.
Music & Performing Artists
The music ministry of Cru exists to lift up the name of Jesus on every stage through outreach concerts, worship leading, and training student worship bands.
Conference, Events & Trips
Plan and produce (including video, sounds, lights, & set design) conferences that have a lasting spiritual impact in the lives of people from all over the globe or work through the tickets, visas, and logistical needs to get missionaries to the least reached.
