Operations Service Request Forms

Ops Service Request Forms are available under the categories of Conferences Operations, Creative One Media, and Communications. Field Finance and Mission Trips Operations are also available to answer questions via email.

After submitting an Ops Service Request, you can expect:

  • To hear back about your request within 1 week.

  • Further dialog about the requirements & outcomes.

  • For requests to be prioritized in light of national priorities, breadth of impact, scalability, and resources required.   

  • Discussion of options and alternatives if a request is not able to be fulfilled. 

National Conference Operations serves Campus in event-related areas such as registration, housing, contracts, and onsite operational assistance (among other things).

Creative One Media is the in-house design team for Campus that produces beautiful, compelling products that accelerate the mission and engage the audience.

Submit content for internal communications, including Campus Communications, Quick Resources, Leaders Link, Campus National Calendar, and Campus Staff Web.

Email fieldfinance@cru.org with questions regarding Campus financial procedures and policies, budgeting, and for various approval requests.

The Mission Trip Operations Team can guide you through the logistics of planning a mission trip, whether it is international or domestic. They’re happy to help you find the answer to any question you may have. They can even coach you 1:1 if you’d like! Just email them for more details.
 

Operations Liaisons

We have selected Ops Liaisons to connect with each part of the Campus Ministry. Their role is to proactively understand and represent the strategies and needs of each Field Strategy or National Team (department) within the Campus Ministry so that Mission Operations can serve most efficiently and effectively.   

  • For Field Strategies, Ops Liaisons will work alongside an Operations Context Strategist from within each Field Strategy.   
  • For National Teams (departments), Ops Liaisons will work with a point person from within each department.
