General Information
Conference in a Box: A guide designed by the National Conference Operations Team as a resource for staff who are working on local level, cohort-level, or department-level plans.
Budget Tool: Basic retreat budget tool.
Fall Retreat Promo Resources: Tools and strategies for inviting students to Fall Retreat, and for promoting Cru events.
ERT Help: A step-by-step guide to set up and run a registration for your conference or event using the Event Registration Tool (ERT).
Honorariums: Financial policies about covering fees paid to a professional for services rendered (ex: speakers, worship bands, AV operators).
Childcare Guidelines
Conference Childcare Overview: This document defines who is responsible for the Childcare component of conferences.
Policies and Guidelines for Childcare Programs in Cru, USA: This document includes the details and forms for planning a childcare event including the application process and payment for workers, procedures for childcare, health policies and specific requirements for rooms and scheduling.
Checklist for Conference Childcare Coordinator: This document is an overview of the “Policies and Guidelines for Childcare Programs in Cru, USA.” It is a helpful checklist that divides the responsibilities of the childcare coordinator into categories like budget, workers, parents, set-up, registration, and more.
Risk Management
Certificate of Insurance: A document typically requested by venues that shows evidence of insurance policies that apply to that particular event or contract.
Liability Release Creator: Required forms for events where there is some kind of recreational activity involved.
Participant Insurance: A secondary policy that is intended to augment the participant’s primary medical insurance. Required for every non staff participant for any event with 2 or more nights, except Winter Conferences & Fall Retreats (unless the event/retreat includes riskier activities such as ropes course, zip line, or other physical activities). Examples include spring break trips, launch trips, and service trips.
Housing/Bed Policy: For Summer Missions, it is expected that each participant has an individual bed. This policy does not apply to events such as Winter Conferences, Fall Retreats, Leadership Retreats, 1-week trips, etc for college students 18+ years old.

Campus Charter & Constitution: A guide to launch a new Chapter of Cru or re-register a current Cru Chapter for the upcoming school year.
Funding Request (Finance Toolbox): Current processes to request funding for campus strategies and student scholarships.
TeamGold: Resources and training for fund development strategies including Vision Dinners.
Innovation: Try new resources, find workshops to help you solve ministry challenges, connect with an Innovation trainer, submit ideas and more.

Spotlight App: A tool to easily and quickly track experiences, such as spiritual conversations, gospel conversations, etc. Watch this 23-second video showing how fast and easy it is for staff, students, and volunteers to keep a tally of their spiritual conversations.
Cru Branded Resources: A site full of editable digital resources, printable signs & tablecloths, and ordering of ordering t-shirts.
