Poland is a country rich with culture, history, and faith tradition. Time spent in Poland is marked by the authentic kindness of its people and backdropped by a difficult and tumultuous national history.
Although the country of around 38 million people is considered one of the most religious in Europe, many Polish people do not have a personal relationship with Christ and are longing for a more genuine and authentic spiritual life. A majority of University students and young adults in Poland find themselves disillusioned with the Catholic Church, yet eager to discuss philosophy, religion, and theories of what makes a meaningful life. With little social stigma associated with discussing matters of faith, Poland is an excellent and accessible place to engage in meaningful evangelism with young people.
