Information Technology, Operations Cluster
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and assist in administering Finance, Identity Management and Productivity systems.
- Liaise with Cru Global technical team, when needed, on troubleshooting issues for the systems.
- Administer, deploy and maintain IT assets including Mac and PC desktops and laptops.
- Provide staff support in the following areas:
- In the use and troubleshooting of Mac and PC desktops and laptops.
- In the use of systems listed above.
- IT Onboarding and offboarding protocols for Cru Singapore staff, corporate admin employees, interns, and others.
- Assist in maintaining Windows-based servers both onsite and on cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services.
As a Christian organisation, employees will be required to attend work meetings and Christian fellowship meetings, which start and end with religious activities such as prayers, words of worship and bible sharings. Non-Christian employees are not required to participate in the religious activities.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of the Mac OSX and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office365 and Google Workspace Productivity Applications/Services.
- Willing to learn NetSuite ERP System. Knowledge of NetSuite ERP System will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure will also be advantageous.
