ThriveSg seeks to empower young people (17-25 years old) from all walks of life and of different faiths, to thrive significantly by promoting emotional wellness & resilience, through cultivating self-discovery, providing emotional healing and supporting personal growth.
ThriveSg champions a help-seeking culture through advocating a growth perspective towards counselling, to overcome the stigma of mental illnesses and emotional challenges.
Proudly known as “Thrivers,” our tribe invites you to join them on this healing journey of authenticity, compassion, commitment and purpose. A "Thriver" is someone who is proactive and courageous in seeking the support and development to grow through challenges to live a meaningful life.
Many of us go through life unaware—of the emotions we’re really feeling, the things that triggers us negatively, the boundaries we need.
Yet, it is this awareness that builds emotional resiliency and intelligence which helps us thrive in life. Join us on this 6-week transformational journey, and cultivate the skills needed to be the best version of yourself!
