Creatives Collaborate for Mental Health (CCMH)

ThriveSg believes that the ARTS have the power to impact mental health and how the creative process can be used for a good cause!

#creativesformentalhealth is ThriveSg’s way of championing and inspiring the use of creative giftings for a good cause, whether it be for mental health or not!

ThriveSg has been so blessed by Creatives that have collaborated with us in our mental health cause and we would like to shout out to some of them, we hope you’ll be inspired & encouraged by their stories to use your creative giftings for a good cause too.

Its God's grace that grounds me in my creative endeavor

(In collaboration with Stamp Artist & Illustrator, Rachel Ma of @droolstamps) Rachel Ma is known by her alias Drool Stamps, is a Singaporean stamp artist and illustrator. What began as a childhood interest in carving images out of erasers eventually evolved into an artistic haven and online business where she designs and carves her own rubber stamps. She draws inspiration from her faith and beauty of everyday things. Rachel’s creations reimagine a better world and introduce a sense of playfulness into the humdrum of daily life.

Your world needs your art. Do good & help others with it!

(In collaboration with Charlotte Sim of @thesplendours) Living in this world can really get us down. It’s filled with bad news, heartbreak and brokenness. At the same time, there is still so much goodness and beauty worth highlighting and celebrating. It is my hope that my creations act as a bridge that points you to the things worth living for. It is also my hope to create a community that celebrates the creative process in each others’ lives. I try to bring some aspect of contemplation into the art or products I create by writing thoughtful prompts to accompany them too...

Making an impact with my art in mental health

(In collaborations with Artist, Annette Yeo of @apaperhope) Collaborating with ThriveSg was a no-brainer for me since the beginning. I believe deeply the importance of having help with our mental health as a society as well as spreading awareness and education as a form of normalising, making sense of pain and understanding who we are as part of the human experience.

Self-Compassion Journal

(In collaboration with Cecilia Au of @cecilia.in.art) Self-compassion is a practice and is developed through intentionally changing the way we talk to ourselves, practicing embracing our emotions with compassion, processing & reflecting on them and daily reflection and self-care!
