LeaderImpact Groups

Read to Lead

Groups meet on a weekly basis to review and discuss various leadership titles. Discussions are led by a facilitator and group members support each other’s growth through sharing and peer-learning.

Over the course of the 9 - 10 weeks the group will review the books chapter-by-chapter, and discuss the themes and principles shared in books. The hour-long sessions center around peer-learning through group discussion led by our facilitators.

Here’s what our LeaderImpact group members have to say:

We look at the unique leader Impact model to unpack with practical strategies to assist us to bring about changes to our life.

~ John Koh

The anchors may be based on the Christian faith, the thoughts and advocated practises are relevant to any leader who wish to lead the kind and righteous way to achieving sustainable success.

~ Yong W.C.

Most of all, for me, it is the beginning of building relationships among like-minded leaders who want to make an impact.

~ William

Essentialism is not one more thing - it’s a whole new way of doing everything. It’s about doing less, but better, in every area of our lives.

It is not a time management strategy or a productivity technique.

It is a systematic discipline for discerning what is absolutely essential, then eliminating everything that is not, so we can make the highest possible contribution towards the things that matter.

The disciplined pursuit of less empowers us to reclaim control of our own choices about where to spend our precious time and energy - instead of giving others implicit permission to choose for us.

Our weekly discussions are open to anyone who is interested to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. We welcome everyone who has the passion to be a better leader!

Our LeaderImpact Groups will be meeting on a weekly basis at two different timeslots:

  • Thursday Afternoons: 12:30PM – 1:30PM
