Job description

There are about 200,000 tertiary students in Singapore. As they go through campus life, they are also seeking answers to life’s tough questions. Be part of a caring community passionate about connecting tertiary students to Jesus Christ. Play a critical role of impacting future leaders of tomorrow through building spiritual student-led movements. Help them become life-long lovers of God and labourers for the global harvest.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage students to know God personally
  • Disciple, inspire and coach students to multiply their faith
  • Organise training conferences for students
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of strategies for outreach activities
  • Mobilise and lead students on mission trips

As a Christian organisation, employees will be required to attend work meetings and Christian fellowship meetings, which start and end with religious activities such as prayers, words of worship and bible sharings. Non-Christian employees are not required to participate in the religious activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents only
  • Diploma and degree holders are welcome to apply
  • Passionate to work with youths
  • Reasonable degree of self-assurance and an ability to handle pressure
  • Able to adapt quickly to changes in work environment
  • A self-starter and an enthusiastic learner
  • Able to work independently and also within a team
  • Able to manage multiple relationships and tasks simultaneously
  • Committed to Cru's ministry models of evangelism and discipleship
  • Prior experience in evangelism and disciple-making is advantageous
