Steve Douglass was President of Cru/Campus Crusade for Christ.
He came to the ministry after graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School. Through more than five decades of service, he held a variety of positions, including Vice President for Administration and National Director of the U.S. Ministries. In July 2001, Douglass took over as the President of Campus Crusade for Christ from its founder Bill Bright. In October of 2020, Douglass passed the baton of President to Steve Sellers.
Douglass authored or co-authored several books, including Enjoying Your Walk with God, How to Achieve Your Potential and Enjoy Life, and How to Get Better Grades and Have More Fun. He also hosted a radio program, Making Your Life Count, which airs daily on 1,600 stations.
Steve Douglass died on October 29, 2022, due to complications with cancer. He was 77.
