Human Resources & Leadership Development in Cru is all about seeing an increasing number of Christ-centered laborers raised up and effective leaders developed as we pursue every student. Your role could relate to recruiting for staff and internships, providing multiple development opportunities, staff training and coaching, team building, ministry partner development, staff care communication, or HR information research and management. These roles are usually available in our regional offices around the United States and in our national office in Orlando, Florida.
