Power Punch Pivot!: Fitness Worth Fighting For
Description: Teens will experience fun, functional fitness for greater movement, confidence, and productive service.
Power Fitness Training: Full-body balance, mobility skills, greater strength and stamina.
Power Punch Pivot Boxing Skills (no head/face contact). Learn self-defense skills: punching, footwork, defense. Increase target focus and confidence.
Power Community: group check-ins, faith encouragement, goal support.
