Youth Uniting to Intercede

Prayer is more than hands clasped, eyes closed, and the bowing of the head. It is an act of faith and surrender of those who call upon the name of the Lord, knowing that He answers the voice of His followers.

In the current generation where noise and uncertainty seep into the midst of the youth, the CRU campus movement has been fighting for their schools and the nation, not through loud paraphernalia, but in prayer and supplication. CRU Student campuses in the Philippines, particularly in the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines - Villanueva and Central Philippine University, have placed importance in meeting one another to pray and journey together with the Lord. They continuously invite people to intercede and learn more about Jesus through these prayer fellowships.

Faith is built not just by reading the Word but also by communicating with God, having compassion for the campus and for one another. Their obedience in praying proves that the Great Commission is both the moving of our feet in discipleship and pausing to pray in remembrance of what Jesus has done on the cross. 

We are reminded that Jesus is not just moving inside the campus but also in the life of every follower who continuously seeks Him through prayer. Let us be united in lifting every student to Jesus Christ so that they may find true peace that transcends all understanding.
