Leadership Training Conference (LTC)
is essentially a student-leadership and ministry-training conference designed to help Christian students move from being disciples to making disciples. What students are actually being trained to do The basic philosophy is “win, build, send.” :
WIN
Learn how to initiate spiritual conversations, explain the Gospel, and invite people to follow Jesus.
BUILD
Learn how to help new believers grow through Scripture, prayer, fellowship, accountability, and one-on-one discipleship.
SEND
Learn how to reproduce the process by training other students to evangelize and disciple others.
Cru's own training materials describe discipleship as helping someone grow in their relationship with God and then equipping that person to continue making disciples.
