Connecting through Worship

Worshipping God through music and praises is one way to connect people to Christ. As the Holy Spirit moves in every corner of the room, God can touch lives through Spirit-filled songs and anointed lyrics. Through singing songs of praise, people can feel His presence nearer, which allows them to have a personal encounter with Jesus.

The first Campus Connect this year happened last January 30, 2026, and was a night of prayer and worship. CRU Metro Manila Campuses were united to give reverence to the Lord and had the opportunity to have meaningful conversations with their CRUmates. Together, they lifted the campus, the nation, and the world to God, praying that Jesus would continue to be in control of the mission and the movement. This is not just a moment of fellowship and unity, but a personal devotion to the One who makes all things possible.

In every season, whether it be a trial or a victory, let us be reminded that worship should always be a part of our day-to-day lives. Our worship of the Lord must not end on a single event, but must continue as we live our lives tomorrow. We are not just being connected to our community by worshipping as one, but most importantly, we are being connected with Christ through our worship.
