Following God’s call to reach the nations has been a hallmark of Erik and Gina’s story. Whether stateside campus ministry, international missions, regional operations, or global leadership, they have responded faithfully to God’s call.
They began their staff career serving in the campus ministry at the University of Minnesota. Soon after, they transitioned to international ministry in East Asia, where Erik had leadership roles at both the campus and regional level.
As the ministry efforts expanded in East Asia, God grew Erik’s skill and ability to lead in an operational capacity and Gina’s heart for the development of women through coaching, speaking and writing.
After a season as the Area Operations Team Leader for East Asia, God called Erik to the role of Vice-President of Global Operations, which brought them back to the U.S. Erik is proud to oversee the development of skilled leaders and management of operational systems that keep ministries around the world healthy and empowered to reach the lost with the Gospel.
