The Cru Student Summit 2025, held from October 31 to November 2 at Selah Pods Hotel in Pasay City, gathered students from various campuses across Metro Manila and as well as from Northern Luzon and Southern Tagalog, under the inspiring theme, “All In! No Holding Back!” With 129 delegates in attendance, the summit became a three–day encounter with God marked by worship, learning, conversations, and life–defining decisions. Students came expecting a conference—but many left with renewed purpose, deeper friendships, and a clearer vision of what it means to follow Jesus in their generation.
This year’s summit centered around concrete experiences: plenary sessions, workshops, small groups, prayer spaces, and fellowship moments that filled every corner of Selah Pods. Students appreciated the breadth of electives offered. In mental health sessions, many discovered a new level of self–awareness, realizing that emotional health and spiritual growth go hand in hand. Meanwhile, those who joined the apologetics workshop felt better equipped, expressing confidence that they could now defend their beliefs with grace and clarity when conversations arise on campus.
The summit made a huge impact on the hearts of the students. For many, the weekend became a turning point—a moment where distractions faded and their desire to draw closer to God was rekindled. Times of worship and quiet reflection led students to surrender habits, fears, and doubts that had been holding them back. The theme became personal: going “all in” meant trusting God with their future, their struggles, and their calling.
A major impact was the surge of passion for sharing their faith on campus. Students left the summit with tangible plans to initiate spiritual conversations, form small groups, and participate in bold witnessing blitzes across their universities. For the first time, many saw evangelism not as a task, but as an overflow of knowing God deeply and loving their classmates sincerely.
Another significant outcome was the friendship and brotherhood formed among different campuses with existing Cru movements– students shared stories, prayed for one another, and discovered that they were part not just of a local ministry, but a growing spiritual family. These connections sparked collaboration and unity that will continue long after the summit.
Perhaps the most defining moment came when 14 students committed to join Cru in various capacities—as full–time staff, interns, and associate staff—a powerful testament to God’s work over the weekend.
The Cru Student Summit 2025 was more than just an event; it became a catalyst for transformed lives, renewed callings, and a generation choosing to follow Jesus with no holding back.
