We praise God for our recently concluded Leadership Training Conference (LTC) from October 31 to November 2, 2025 at Panglao Vista Suites, Dauis Bohol. This year, Cru Philippines celebrates its 60th Anniversary with the theme "Nations and Generations". We embraced that same theme, with the desire to ignite our vision of reaching nations and generations for Christ, while empowering delegates to fulfill  their vital role in this mission– impacting their campuses and circles of influence for Him, in season and out of season.

We thank God for 113 delegates—our students, alumni, and partners—who joined from different campuses in Cebu, Bohol, and Dumaguete. Our LTC is divided into three training levels, namely Basic (which focuses on evangelism), Intermediate (discipleship), and Advanced (leading the movement). On the 2nd day, our delegates put into practice  what they had learned through the Witnessing Blitz. Praise God that 108 people heard  the Gospel and 76 of them prayed to receive Christ!

We wrapped up our LTC with our Plenary Night where delegates gathered by campus/area to surrender  their campuses to the Lord in a prayer of revival. It was encouraging to see how the Lord used this year’s LTC to deepen our delegates’ commitment to reaching their campuses and target areas for Christ.

Amidst the aftermath of the typhoon that hit Cebu just after LTC, a group of students from Cebu Eastern College, together with their home church and fellow  students from other campuses, went to malls and parks each  week to share the Gospel. This also created opportunities to reach students from other campuses. Additionally, a student from CIT University initiated a weekly Witnessing Blitz among the students involved with Cru in . Two of the students they shared the Gospel with have begun meeting  with one of our students for a weekly Bible study. Another student shared with a Cru staff  his desire to be a missionary after graduation and joyfully mentioned that he has started reading the Bible every night.

It’s an answered prayer to witness how the Lord is using our LTC to help students embrace His  call to  reach  the lost for Him and become   catalysts of change for Him! We  also pray that our involved students and partners would catch God’s vision and dream His dream for Central Visayas and beyond.
