Meet the Speakers:
Dr. Teody & Dr. Evelyn (Bing) Pajaron
Dr. Teody & Dr. Evelyn (Bing) Pajaron individually joined Cru staff training in 1974. Teody did campus and church ministry in Cebu, Iloilo, Davao and Baguio cities where those he discipled have become Cru staff, missionaries, leaders of denominations, and pastors of churches. Bing did campus ministry in Metro Manila (UST, UE, FEU, UP) and served as GCTC trainer from 1978, including 2 years in Korea (1981-83). Some of those she discipled have joined Cru, or became missionaries in China and other countries and in the marketplace.
They got married in 1983 as Teody was finishing his Master of Divinity at then ISOT-Asia (now IGSL). They served as Cru’s National Team Leaders from 1985 to 1990 while raising their young children. Teody pursued his Doctorate in Missions at Western Seminary in Portland, OR (1990-92). Upon returning, they taught at ISOT-Asia (1992-95) where Bing also helped develop the Partners in Ministry program. They pioneered FamilyLife Phil. Inc in 1996 and expanded it when they joined the Cru SE Asia team as Field Assistants and Leadership Development Coordinators in 2005-2009. Because of their ministry to families, Bing did her MA in Counseling (graduated in 2005) to be able to counsel couples properly who came for help. In 2019, she finished her PhD in Holistic Child Development and came up with the 14-lesson curriculum called P4s that is now being used in many churches, schools and communities here and abroad. They authored the book, Parenting Today’s Teens published in 2009, and are contributors to four other books all by CSM.
God blessed the couple with 2 children who are both professionals: Charissa, married to Daniel Reyna, and Hesedel, married to Tess Gaviola. Teody and Bing are grandparents to four adorable ones: Sophia, Keziah, Zachary, and Bree.
Is it okay to not attend the whole program of the conference?
