Holy smokes! You’re tasked with putting on a huge event, and there are one million things to figure out. Location. Budget. Content. Housing, etc, etc, etc. Are you sweating profusely? Here, borrow my hanky. (Do people still say hanky?)
Creative One Media can’t do it all, but we can take one major category off your plate: Design and Media. We’ve put together a robust list of items you may need to pull off your event. Use this as a guide when having your initial conversation with a C1M team member.
Some helpful advice: Because design and video need significant production time and there are many ministries and events vying for our services, don’t wait until the last minute to request our help! Think about your media needs as early as you can and reach out as soon as possible!
In the design category, there are lots of conversations that happen along the way, and very often quite a few items to create. On top of that, if you’re having physical media made, printing times alone can be as long as 2 weeks during busy seasons.
Video, in particular, takes a long time to produce so we can’t promise anything if there’s not enough time. (Unless you have a time machine, then we’d like to borrow that!) And don’t forget, if your event is a recurring one, capturing footage and stories for next year’s promo is a great way to beef up your media resources for the future.
Of course we want to provide you with everything you need to make your event dreams come true, so definitely ask! At the very least, we have a couple tricks up our sleeves to help you help yourself. And we’re always game to have a conversation.
