A 9-month adventure for recent high school graduates to discover more of who God is and who He has created you to be as you travel the world, experience new cultures, and build lasting friendships.
You will travel to multiple locations around the world, coming alongside local Cru teams and partners to reach teenagers. Lives will be transformed as you develop friendships, share your life and take opportunities to share about a relationship with God.
Fall more in love with Jesus and the Word through personal and team bible study and experiences throughout the year.
Leave behind the familiar and experience new adventures, foods and languages as you spend 2-3 months in three different countries.
Be equipped to trust God, communicate the Gospel and live in other cultures.
Discover who God has created you to be, develop your strengths, and establish your worldview to help prepare you for what’s next after Gap Year.
Make an impact in the lives of students by stepping out in faith to tell them about Jesus. Developing relationships can be made through speaking in high school classes, playing sports and other activities.

As a Gap Year team leader, you will have the opportunity for life-on-life discipleship as you help the gap team fall more in love with Jesus and grow into maturity and adulthood. You will help them develop in ministry, work through conflict, build team relationships, navigate life away from home for their first time, learn spiritual disciplines, and many other life skills. Together as a team, you will launch and build spiritual movements around the world.
