Leading a gap team can be one of the most rewarding times in ministry. As a leader you will be responsible for discipling a team of 18 – 20 year old students on a nine month mission overseas. You will have the opportunity for life-on-life discipleship to help students fall more in love with Jesus and grow into maturity.

Helping them navigate life away from home for the first time, you will encourage students in their personal times with the Lord, spiritual disciplines such as sabbath rest and trusting God through the peaks and valleys of the year. You will help them work through conflict, team relationships and many other life skills.

Working with in-country leaders, you will develop a ministry plan to reach students. Together as a team you will launch and build spiritual movements around the world on high school campuses.
