What Happens to My eGift When Someone Leaves Cru?

A staff's account remains active for 3 months. When their account is inactive the gift is redirected to a General Staff Fund. You will be notified with a letter when this happens so you may either suspend or redirect your gifts. Changes to your automatic withdrawal can only be made at your request. Therefore, you may either go to your Web Account or contact us to update your existing automatic withdrawal.

Note: Automatic withdrawal, Bank Account Direct Giving and EFT are 3 terms used to refer to the process of transferring funds from your bank account (at the request of the account holder). They are used interchangeably.
