If you send someone to a web page to read, you need to interact with them and talk about it the following week in your appointment. Your training is not to be automated. If you don’t keep them accountable, chances are they will not follow through on reading and doing the interactive web pages you might assign them. Carefully gauge how much you have them do each week. Your real training takes place during your Google Hangout. The real application takes place on how they use what they’ve learned in real-life ministry.
