Job Description

ThriveSg is looking for someone with a passion to impact lives in the area of mental health through the creative use of social media strategies and platforms.

We live in a world where the rise of mental health issues is a cause for concern. ThriveSg seeks to empower lives to be emotionally resilient through counselling, mental health education and advocacy. This includes the use of social media strategies to empower people with resources for growth and emotional resilience, and to overcome mental health stigma so they can thrive significantly in life.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and execute social media strategies for digital marketing in the area of mental health across different social media platforms
  • Curate mental health content on ThriveSg social media platforms to increase engagement with our target audiences
  • Maintain and optimise ThriveSg webpage and social media platforms to increase content visibility and accessibility to information
  • Design various digital marketing collaterals using various design, illustration and video editing softwares

As a Christian organisation, employees will be required to attend work meetings and Christian fellowship meetings, which start and end with religious activities such as prayers, words of worship and bible sharings. Non-Christian employees are not required to participate in the religious activities.

Requirements

  • Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents only
  • At least a Diploma in Visual Communication/Design/Digital Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Familiar with Canva, Illustrator, Procreate or other graphic design software
  • Experienced with the use of different social media platforms
  • Speaks and writes English effectively and fluently
  • Adept in conceptualizing and curating digital content and digital collaterals with skills in graphic design and video editing
  • Passionate about engaging with people through social media platforms
  • A servant heart and attitude
  • A team player and a self-starter with ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Interest and some background in mental health and psychology would be advantageous
