MINISTRY OVERVIEW
VISION: We make disciples by increasing organizational capacity to accelerate spiritual movements everywhere.
SPIRITUAL CONDITION: Team members are 15 employees and 7 staff (mostly are senior citizen). Mostly have aging parents that needs special care and attention. Need to balance their time for work and family and personal spiritual growth.
CHALLENGES: The need for part-time volunteers, succession personnel in different position in finance and operations.
Prayer Requests:
1. Instill a spirit of excellence and dedication in our service in fulfilling our mission.
2. Pray for seamless collaboration among all departments (Services, IT, and Finance), united in the mission, which can foster positive relationships and build trust.
3. Pray for an opportunity where we can make efficient, productive, and profound impact on the community and on the lives we touch.
