Pay: $14.47/hour

The Kind of Work You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and balance high volume of requests for service.

  • Research and answer high volume of questions related to bank account & credit card contribution processing from individual staff, ministry representatives and donors via mail, email, fax, and phone calls.

  • Contact donors and staff via memo and telephone regarding questions and problems with EFT donations; notify donors when staff leaves the ministry and when there are bank account problems; communicate with bank personnel to resolve problems with accounts.

  • Maintains statistical data volume report regarding EFT which includes phone, email, faxes, mail counts and error reporting.

  • Analyze and process bank account updates.

  • Compile, sort and batch forms, verify contributions and key information into the computer and change and update computer records.

  • Prepare reports and lists regularly and upon request; answer questions about reports and change computer records as required.

  • Reconciles report discrepancies and problems.

  • Submit refund request both electronically and by check when requested by staff or donor.

  • Perform adjustments to donations when changes are necessary or when requested by donor.

  • Assist in answering phone calls and e-mails related to credit card/EFT setups and changes.

Education and/or Experience

High school education plus knowledge of administrative practices and procedures and one to three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
