FamilyLife, A Cru Ministry who’s mission is to effectively develop godly marriages and families who change the world one home at a time is seeking an experience Project Manager to oversee their Direct Mail marketing campaigns.

The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:

Do you want to be part of a ministry that serves marriages and families? We invite you to join us at FamilyLife as our Direct Mail Project Manager where you will be responsible to create and execute direct mail fundraising appeals and telemarketing campaigns to raise funds for our ministry projects. This role is strategy based, you must understand and have experience with direct mail marketing campaigns, including the tools and analytics that support database marketing.

As a Direct Mail Project Manager, you will oversee design work on various advertising appeals. Your duties and responsibilities are high level and include implementing and executing best practices, overseeing resources and freelancers, and supervising and understanding every facet of a multi-variant campaign. We are praying for someone who will want to come alongside FamilyLife, to put their talents and gifts to work for godly marriages and families, and that can demonstrate communication and time-management skills as well as strategic problem-solving abilities. Expectations:

·       Overseeing and implementing processes

·       Collecting and managing resources

·       Writing creative briefs, and directing work of freelancers and internal staff writers

·       Reviewing and editing services for fundraising appeals

·       Aligning messaging and strategy together with the FamilyLife ministry Donor Team

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in fund development that serves nonprofit, and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
