The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:

  • Develop high-level summaries of analytics and findings in clear and concise terms. Specific areas of analysis include experiences and financial analysis, forecasting, market segmentation, predictive modeling, trend analysis, variance analysis and explanation and timely performance reporting.
  • Analyze data as it relates to audiences through CRM, Web, Social Salesforce and other data sources.
  • Structure, direct and perform detailed data collection and analysis of marketing operations, performance metrics, costs and constituent segmentation to enable growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate and offer strategic input regarding audience experiences. Perform analysis underpinning key strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain predictive models and constituent segmentation schemas.
  • Drive the process of institutional intelligence from problem/opportunity to data to information to knowledge
  • Quantify system-wide tangible and intangible benefits related to loyalty metrics and lifetime value of marketing driven activities.
  • Translate analyses into high-level, executive presentations with emphasis on delivery of meaningful information and comparisons providing insight into drivers of decisions.
  • Coordinate the following supervisory responsibilities to the Data Analyst team in accordance with the ministry’s policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Finance or a related field. 5-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5 years of experience in data visualization tools
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Salesforce Marketing cloud preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in related technologies including data modeling, analytics, and predictive concepts.
  •  2-5 years of experience with SQL and structured databases;
  • Familiarity with unstructured big data.
  • Additional training or certifications in related technologies can be substituted for some experience.
