MPDXperts are brave pioneers who will Make the Move to MPDX early, and then help their teammates a few weeks later. Don’t let the name fool you. You don’t have to be an actual expert in MPDX to be an MPDXpert. We will give you all the training you need to learn MPDX and be the first line of support to your fellow staff. We are looking for an MPDXpert for every team!
Get Trained
Look for moving day updates towards the end of May! Those MPDXperts who have not already moved into MPDX will set aside a 2-4 hours to get set up; staff who have already moved may take this time to use new tools to “clean up” their database and get familiar with new features.
MPDXperts may have already attended a training webinar on MPDX and how to help your teammates and friends Make the Move. These sessions have been recorded and are available here.
You will be your team's go-to person as they Make the Move to MPDX. Actively set times for your team to Make the Move, preferably all together. Expect lingering questions as staff attend MPDX trainings, and in weeks following as they get used to using MPDX.
