Adriana Escano passionately believes that everyone can live out purposeful lives and uses her gifts in leadership to inspire and encourage others to overcome their circumstances and discover their mission in life. A savvy businesswoman, she helms a social enterprise, that distributes premium fashion and lifestyle brands. For the last 11 years, Abry Pte. Ltd. has also provided youth and women-in-need with employment and coached them to rebuild meaningful lives for themselves. Adriana is a certified Reiss Profile Master of IDS Publishing Corporation, the publisher of Reiss Motivation Profile. She has facilitated Soaring since 2017, and is also the co-founder of the ground-up mothers’ movement, Mums for Life.
Dr Audrey Tan, a graduate from NUS Medicine, is a public health specialist with a masters in health promotion and health education from the University of Edinburgh. She has worked in the area of health promotion for more than 20 years and is currently a senior consultant at the National Healthcare Group's Population Health Division, working on workplace, school and community health promotion.
Dr Benjamin Cheah graduated from NUS medicine in 1996. He is a family physician at Jurong polyclinic and also a clinical tutor for NUS medical students. He is interested in community & family health; and goes for yearly medical trips to neighouring ASEAN countries.
A/Prof Tan Boon Yeow has a broad scope of experience that spans acute hospital care, community based hospital care and primary care. His passion lies in the integration of care across the diverse settings that patients will traverse in the course of their care. His leadership and academic appointments include being Chief Executive Officer and Senior Consultant Physician of St Luke’s Hospital, Vice Chairman, Chapter of Family Medicine, Academy of Medicine Singapore and Adjunct Associate Professor at both National University of Singapore and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and DukeNUS Medical School.
