(Department: Digital Strategies, Operations)
  • Assist the Digital Strategies Team Lead to analyse data from key web and social media assets
  • Generate monthly social media related analytics reports for local ministry teams' reference
  • Spearhead research projects among local target audiences, defining both parameters and apparatus
  • Design meaningful reach-build-send user journeys for Cru's target audiences
  • Assist social media strategist, marketing executive and content strategists launch and track outreach campaigns


  • Diploma or degree in a related field (eg. market research or data science)
  • Able to, or willing to learn, marketing research tools, such as SPSS or Python
  • Willing to travel for occasional training or equipping
  • Familiar with the use of Google Analytics 
  • Understands and adept at SEO
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • A team player and an enthusiastic learner
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
