Field Executive (City Strategy)

Job Description

Young graduates face enormous stress and pressure upon entry to the workforce. In this intense season, you can be the mentor to help them find bearings and build firm spiritual foundations amid growing workplace competence. Connect with existing Christian marketplace networks to launch outreach and discipleship initiatives across the city. 


  • Plan and execute various trainings, seminars or discipleship events for young professionals 
  • Facilitate workshops in outreach, self-leadership, mentoring and life coaching
  • Introduce new tools and methodologies related to the areas of outreach, self-leadership, mentoring and life coaching
  • Organise short term mission trip overseas with young professionals to serve in missional setting.
  • Lead discipleship group on campus as a transitional effort for graduating students to become competent young professional and integrating their faith in the workplace.
  • Constantly review holistic discipleship progress of young professionals involving issues pertaining to personal faith and professional setting so as to fulfil the calling as workplace witnesses.
  • Conduct one-on-one and small group coaching for young professionals to overcome workplace transition stress and develop biblical convictions 
  • Be involved in City Strategy events and projects as and when needed


  • Degree or diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience
  • Able to work on weekday evenings and some weekends
  • Prior experience in facilitating small group discussions, personal coaching, counselling or pastoring would be advantageous
  • Must have a clear life mission or purpose to coach and mentor young adults
