E-Commerce Manager

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with team mate to manage the e-commerce platforms
  • Manage the sales & marketing initiatives for online platforms, including promotions.
  • Manage the website to ensure great customer engagement and experience
  • Upload contents to website and other distribution channels
  • Write product descriptions and related product content
  • Understand the various functions online and efficiently manage the end-to-end e-commerce operations
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates on product information listed on website
  • Use of email marketing platform to curate and design creative content marketing messages to customers to build the company's brand
  • Data Analytics skills to analyse customers’ demographics and buying behaviour for optimising future campaigns to improve online sales / conversion
  • Use of desktop publishing software(s) to edit and prepare marketing collaterals
  • Able to highlight the company's brand story and various products features, functions and benefits to customers increase brand awareness and sale

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
  • Similar experience in e-commerce in a retail industry is advantageous
  • Candidates with no similar experience but has a good attitude and willingness to learn may be considered for the position
  • Knowledge of HTML & Adobe Photoshop is a plus
  • Independent yet works well in a team environment
  • Successful applicants will be required to attend Christian fellowship meetings/ team-bonding activities
