E-Commerce
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the supervisor and IT Infra team to support the e-commerce platforms, its system functionality, config setups and version upgrades as needed.
- Manage the website to ensure great customer engagement and experience
- Ensure timely and accurate updates on product information listed on website, including product & contents uploads, landing pages setup.
- Establish related and upsell products on webstore to increase sales/conversions.
- Manage the sales & marketing initiatives at the webstore, including promotion setups.
- Content creation for website blogs/ministry news etc.
Digital Marketing
Responsibilities
- Work closely with team mate to curate and design creative content marketing messages to customers to build the company's brand
- Manage & curate/create Christian content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram)
- Use of photoshop software/illustrators to edit and prepare marketing collaterals
- Data Analytics skills to analyse customers’ demographics and buying behaviour for optimising future campaigns to improve online sales/conversion
- Work together with external SEO Agency on the optimisation of the webstore
As a Christian organisation, employees will be required to attend work meetings which start and end with religious activities such as prayers, words of worship and bible sharings. Non-Christian employees are not required to participate in the religious activities.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- Similar experience in e-commerce in a retail industry is advantageous
- Candidates with no similar experience but has a good attitude and willingness to learn may be considered for the position
- Knowledge of HTML & Photoshop is a plus
- Independent worker and good team player
