Corporate Office Executive (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling of Board and Committee meetings
  • Attend and provide secretariat support to all Board and Committee meetings
  • Assist with corporate filings, keeping of Board and committee meetings minutes and liaison with corporate secretary
  • Keep full set of accounts for small property investment company, audit, tax and annual statutory filing
  • Oversee monthly closing of divisional accounts and management reports

Requirements:

  • At least CPA/CA certified or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior experience with Netsuite, Oracle or related systems will be beneficial
  • Flexi-work arrangements available
  • Successful applicant will be required to participate in Christian fellowship meetings and team bonding activities
