Dear Midwest Fastbreak Attendee,

   Thank you for registering for the Midwest Fastbreak at Camp Tecumseh in Indiana this coming weekend. We are looking forward to seeing you!

   As of right now, we do not have a waiver from you (if you are 18 years old or older) or from your parent/guardian (if you are under 18). We need you to make sure a waiver is turned in for you before you board transportation to come to Fastbreak. You or your parent/guardian should have received an email with a link for the waiver after you registered. If you cannot find that email, you or your parent/guardian can follow a link below to the waiver you need.
