Because ethnicity is part of the good of creation, we seek to honor and celebrate the ethnic identity of those with whom we serve as well as those we seek to reach.
Czech Republic - Prague (Open to All / Initiated by Cru in KY, TN, NC, SC)
Sponsored by Cru Ministries in KY, TN
The Czech Republic is one of the most beautiful, yet one of the most atheistic countries in the world. It’s a land of 10.5 million people, but it’s one of the least reached places in the world with less than 0.5% of born again believers. Often young Czechs turn to themselves or to a small circle of trusted friends for life’s meaning; usually they haven’t given God much thought at all. Most students would consider themselves atheists but are open to talking about the meaning of life and discovering what it is exactly that they believe and how Jesus fits into that. You could be the first person to talk to these students about God and give them the opportunity to consider the truth of the Gospel and its freedom for their life personally. In Prague, you would be a part of a broader intern and staff team who each have a focus on local high schools, University campuses, Language Center and Alpha courses. You will spend time mainly in one of these areas seeking to develop relationships with students and have opportunities through different areas, outreaches and events to share the Gospel. Come and be a part of reaching students who need to hear the truth!
