The Communists enforced strict controls on all Christians from 1948-1988 through discrimination, intimidation and infiltration. There has been religious freedom since 1990; but suspicion, mistrust and division still affect attitudes and the Church, and there is still resistance to the gospel in much of Hungary. The need for evangelism is great.Give
It may not be apparent, but there are more than 1,500 families and individuals involved in the Hungarian ministry serving as partners with our Staff. We are grateful beyond words for your help. God has encouraged us all to be “in the same boat” because of the on-going yearly need. Our dream is for all Staff members and ministry partners to be in unity.
There is one body and one Spirit – just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call – one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. (Ephesians 4:4)
At this site you can set yourself up for taking a small but very significant monthly or yearly part in providing the central funds of Cru-Hungary.
“Thank you!” in the name of each Hungarian student and Cru-Hungary staff who's life is changed.
