Three-Thirds is a simple, transferable framework for any small group or one-on-one discipleship relationship.<\/p>\n

There are three parts \u2013 Looking Back, Looking Up, and Looking Ahead \u2013 that give you an easy way to structure to your conversations. Together, all three sections will help your disciple grow and take steps of faith.<\/p>\n

Looking Back<\/h3>\n

Care<\/h4>\n

Honestly ask how people are doing, encourage them and pray for one another. <\/p>\n

Worship<\/h4>\n

Praise God for who He is. You can do it by using a guitar, YouTube songs or just reading a psalm. <\/p>\n

Accountability<\/h4>\n

Accountability is a motivation to accomplish a purpose. In Mark 6, we see how the apostles shared with Jesus everything they did and what they had learned. Help students step by step to accomplish their vision. Ask questions with care, encouragement and love to help them move forward.<\/p>\n

Vision Casting<\/h4>\n

Help students see the potential of who they are in Christ and what God wants to do in and through them. Share a short video, a story, a passage from the Bible, someone\u2019s testimony, etc. Then, ask people to share how it encouraged them to follow God and to multiply their faith. <\/p>\n

Looking Up<\/h3>\n

Biblical Content<\/h4>\n

Focus on God and search in His word for what He has prepared for you for the next week.<\/p>\n
