One way to register your group is to have each member of your group register on their own for the conference. You can simply provide them with the registration link and have them sign up. To receive the early registration discount they will need to register and pay at least the $50 non-refundable deposit by 11:59 PM on December 5.
REGISTER ALL TOGETHER
Alternatively, we offer a group registration option. To use this feature, you’ll need to register yourself as a strategic partner. At the end of your registration, you’ll have the option to add another registration to your group. You can add as many “Student Registrations” to your group as you’d like. You can add additional people to your group at a later date. You’ll need the following information for each person:
- Phone Number.
- Year in School.
- Ethnic Background.
- Whether or not they are over 18 years old.
- Whether or not they have previously attended a winter conference.
- Path Selection.
- Emergency Contact and Phone Number (this could just be you if it’s easiest.)
- Whether they want to pay extra for their own bed or own room.
- Any special needs (Handicapped room, sign language interpretation, etc.)
At the payment section, the registration system will show the entire amount owed for the group. At that point, you can pay anywhere from the $50 non-refundable deposit per registrant to the total balance due. Please note that you as the primary registrant will be the only one who can make payments for the group. If you wish for others in your group to pay, you’ll need to collect money from them and make payment for them. If you need to withdraw a registrant from your group, you can simply email the conference and one of our staff will take care of that for you.
DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHO'S JOINING YOU?
In this case, please contact one of our Conference Finance Specialists who will take a $50 non-refundable deposit per attendee over the phone and set up 2 promotional codes for your students to use. One can be used by attendees prior to the December 5 early registration deadline and will give them the $50 off that you have already paid when they register themselves for the conference. The second can be used by those in your group who register after December 5 and it will discount them the $50 you paid, plus $35 (the difference between the early bird and regular price) for a total of $85.
