Trip Lee is an author, teacher, hip-hop artist, and thought leader. A pastor in Atlanta, he regularly preaches and teaches at Christian conferences and events, and has performed his music for thousands of listeners around the world.
In his first book, The Good Life, Lee points to the abundant life available only in Christ – a life beyond anything the world can offer. His second book, Rise, calls a younger generation not to wait to follow God, but to get up and live now.

Vivian Mabuni joined staff with Cru 28 years ago and served on the UC Berkeley and UCLA campuses and on the Epic National Executive Team (Epic is the Asian American ministry of Cru). A national conference and retreat speaker, Vivian is passionate about seeing God raise up a generation of leaders who will influence the college campus as well as families, churches, communities and the world.
Her first book, “Warrior In Pink: A Story of Cancer, Community and the God Who Comforts” (Discovery House Publishers) released in April 2014. Vivian is a writer for SheReadsTruth and speaker for IF:Gathering.
Married 26 years to her husband, Darrin, and mom to three wonderful kids, Jonathan (24), Michael (20), and Julia (15). They live in Mission Viejo, California along with their German Shepherd, Koa.

From restocking mini-bars in an upscale SoHo hotel, to teaching high school English in Queens, Rich has worked almost everywhere in New York City. But unlike his scattered work journey, Rich’s story is primarily bred from one place: Uptown.
Rich studied film at The City College of New York and biblical theology at Elim Bible Institute. Through a variety of speaking experiences, Rich has explored how those two passions connect, while growing into a unique storyteller and thought leader in faith, family, the arts, and the Hispanic-American experience. Rich is the recent author of Mi Casa Uptown: Learning to Love Again, a memoir looking to push back the stigmas of city life and retell the inner-city story with faith and imagination.
In 2011, Rich and a team of friends started a church in his hometown that would embrace the very values they lived with. Rich is the lead pastor of Christ Crucified Fellowship in NYC, where he lives with his wife and kids.

David Daniels is Lead Pastor of Pantego Bible Church in Fort Worth, Texas. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary.
David is co-founder of Beta Upsilon Chi (Brothers Under Christ), a national Christian fraternity. His commitment to personal discipleship, leadership development and global missions has taken him on short-term mission to Cuba, India, United Arab Emirates, Burundi, Rwanda, Ethiopia, China, Spain, Russia and Ukraine. David’s teaching and training ministry includes the Perspectives on the World Christian Movement, Pine Cove Christian Camps, Kanakuk Institute and the Love4Life Marriage Conference. He is author of Next Step Discipleship and Next Step Church, books to help churches and their people take greater steps to missional living.
David and Tiffany live in Arlington, Texas and enjoy life with their children, Grant (and wife, Laine), Pearson and Jenna.
Kari Kennedy /// Cru Staff, Missionary /// Atlanta, GA
A native of Bossier City, Louisiana and proud graduate of LSU, Kari Kennedy knows how to sugar her tea and season her gumbo. Before joining staff with Cru, Kari worked as a college advisor at LSU's College of Business and for the past 16 years, she has served on staff in a variety of roles.
After 9 years in the Red River Region (Texas State and Oklahoma State), she packed her bags for a year STINT in Ethiopia- the country of her heart. After her eyes were open to the needs of the world, she was asked to help send college student to the world from Hot-lanta and served with Global Missions in the formerly Southeast region as the Associate National Director. In the last 6 months she transitioned to her 2nd missionary journey with the Jesus Film Project, a Cru ministry, on the global partnerships team. She works with church planters, disciple making ministries and other organizations, like YWAM that use the Jesus Film to advance their Kingdom purposes.
When not on a plane, she is at home in Atlanta, zipping around town connecting and serving at her church Atlanta Westside. Kari loves college students, lives changed by the Holy Spirit, and yes, some good southern hospitality.
