Cru Winter Conference exists to guide students toward their best, next step with God through personal surrender, local community engagement, training in local movement creation, and global mobilization. Each year, it also serves as the catalyst for students to establish a personal relationship with Jesus, grow in intimacy with Him and multiply their lives. Attendees at all conferences are also trained to share their faith and immediately put it into practice through personal and digital evangelism opportunities provided at the event.
How you can join us…
Attend as a Group.
Bring (or send) any number of students! If you don’t have a college group at your church, the conference could serve as a focused training for high school alumni back for Christmas break or college-aged leaders volunteering in your high school ministry.
This year, several conferences will host a “College Bound” experience for high school seniors, acquainting them with Christian students on university campuses they plan to attend in the fall. Check with your area conference for further information.
Scout It Out.
Attend as a church leader and get to know us.
I love speaking each year at the Cru Winter Conferences. It’s a great privilege to be able to talk about the practical truths of the life-transforming, agenda-setting gospel of Jesus Christ to an audience of people who have not yet made the major decisions of their lives.

Cru Winter Conference is always fun, powerful, and inspiring. Our college students from Keystone Fellowship look forward to the worship, speakers, and missionary opportunities every year.

Winter Conference has been catalytic in our college ministry year! The gospel and call to make much of Jesus in the world are clearly communicated in a challenging and compelling way. We have seen students come to faith for the first time and others make commitments to surrender their lives to Jesus at Winter Conference. It's awesome! I would recommend it to any college ministry looking to do something strategic over the Winter break.

Over the last 20 years, we’ve taken hundreds of our students to Cru Winter Conference. Our students have relished these opportunities to worship with Christian college students and to be equipped to follow God wholeheartedly in college.

I had the privilege to speak at Winter Conference two years in a row. Going into the first year, I arrived wondering if missing family at Christmas would be 'worth it.' I was blown away. Cru staff and leaders have put together the perfect combination of ridiculous fun, meaningful mission, deep community, and passionate worship. I watched over a thousand students wrestle with calling, joyfully relent to the work of the Spirit, and love Jesus with more of their lives.
Tyler Jones /// Vintage Church /// Raleigh, NC
One of the many things I appreciate about Cru's Winter Conference is the fact they take very seriously, and think diligently, how to care for all who attend. Many are believers, some are not. It takes a lot of planning and praying, to put together an event that can speak to the multifaceted places people find themselves in spiritually. Well done Cru!
Curt Allen /// Solid Rock Church /// Riverdale, MD
Cru Winter Conference was a “greenhouse” for my walk with Jesus. It was there when I received a clear calling from the Lord to serve Jesus in full time ministry. It was there when I held my wife’s hand for the first time. It was there when I said, “I want to know the Bible and preach the Bible like the speaker.” You will hear from God and leave transformed.
