Sam Allberry /// Speaker, Writer, Pastor /// Maidenhead, UK

Sam is a pastor and writer based in Maidenhead, UK, where he has served at St. Mary’s Church since 2008.  Sam is a global speaker for Ravi Zacharias International Ministries and an editor for The Gospel Coalition.  He is the author of several books including Why Bother With Church?, James For You, and the best-selling Is God Anti-Gay?.  Sam enjoys American history, hiking, and slowly perfecting his recipe for Thai green curry.


Darryl Smith /// Cru staff, Speaker, Leader /// Orlando, FL

Darryl Lamar Smith was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He graduated from Kirkman High School in1983 and served in the US Army for three years. God saved him in 1991; he was licensed to preach in 1992 and ordained in 1994. He has been on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ since 1996, working with high school students at Howard High School in Chattanooga. For six years, he served as Chattanooga’s City Director, and the Southeast Regional Director for three years. In the summer of 2006, Campus Crusade chose Darryl as the new Executive Director for the High School Ministry. They moved to Campus Crusade’s headquarters in Orlando in May, 2007. He served in that role for 11 years. In 2013 he joined the Executive Team where he helps provide leadership and direction to the U.S. Campus Ministry. During the summer of 2015 he came on the US Leadership Team where he helps give leadership and direction to all of Cru’s U.S. Ministry. Darryl speaks to high school students, college students, adults and churches across the country and internationally, including professional and college football teams. Darryl is married to Gwen and has three children.


Mark Hough /// Cru staff /// West Chester, PA

Mark serves as one of the team leaders for West Chester Cru. He’s a graduate of Penn State University, and is currently pursuing his M.Div from Reformed Theological Seminary. He and his wife Kim have been on staff with Cru for 11 years. They have 3 kids; Cole, Peyton, and Luke. In his spare time, Mark is a passionate fan of college football and the UFC.


Nicole Lewis /// International Cru staff /// London, England

Nicole Lewis is passionate about students falling deeply in love with Jesus and walking with Him for a lifetime. Self described as beautifully black and wonderfully white, growing in up in a cross-cultural home laid a foundation for the adventure to which Christ has called her. After graduating from Oregon State University she served with the Campus ministry of Cru both in the US and Internationally. Currently living in London, a dream since joining staff, she is the Associate Student Director for the UK. She loves reading a good book, sitting in parks, taking long adventurous walks, repurposing things she found thrown away by others, Instagram, and sharing a great meal with good friends.
