Each individual is a leader, whether they accept it or not. Many persons are placed into leadership roles, as a result, it is important that they are equipped for such a role.Campus Crusade for Christ, offers a variety of strategies in leadership development. One development strategy is the Leadership Training Institute (LTI) which is based on the New Life Training Center (NLTC) Curriculum. In these retreats participants, learn how to overcome the fear of talking to people about a relationship with God, meet persons from various ethnicities, backgrounds, and skill sets. Persons who have attended these retreats have use the principles learn't in these training in their educational institutions, professional careers, family life and in the various roles that they fill.
