MID TO LATE FEBRUARY
There are times during the school year where you want evangelism in the form of some major outreach or initiative to take center stage in the ministry and February is another one of those times.
As students return for second semester you need to devote several weeks to getting your community functioning like a community again. But times of building up should always be followed by times of reaching out. And so, at some point in February, you want to be thinking in terms of a major ministry focus on evangelism.
You’ll find all manner of ideas and options in the Evangelism section entitled “Outreach.”
Chip Scivicque, Ron Sanders, and Jay Lorenzen discuss how to build movements characterized by passionate gospel proclamation and compassionate gospel demonstration.
