Strengthen your friend to lead and encourage others who will encourage others to be multiplying disciples.
Help them to make their leadership transferable and sustainable to the many generations of believers that they are encouraging and discipling. Encourage them to bring in younger leaders to watch and do ministry with them, just like they did with you!
