The city, "our field", is a landscape full of diversity, opinions and beliefs. The people whom we share our city and see everyday are from a vast number of backgrounds and cultures, making each person individually unique. Understanding them is critical to our mission to share the love of Jesus in this "field". We must know them well so we may help make Jesus well known.
As a ministry, we value diversity, learning, entrepreneurial skills and a calling to reach your city. We do all this from a desire to see cities transformed by the love of Jesus.
