Desktop Services Technician

Department: Information Technology Group

Description: Without the key services which Desktop Technicians provide to keep the hundreds of personal computers at Lake Hart running efficiently, thousands of field staff would not be freed up to reach countless people for Christ. Use your analytical and problem solving skills to install, improve and maintain personal computer hardware and software systems essential for our Lake Hart staff to perform critical jobs which enable our worldwide ministry to function. You will help provide essential, personalized technical support by meeting with users to determine their needs, research and implement needed equipment, and be available to staff to troubleshoot their hardware, software, and network problems.

Environment: Work in a team environment with knowledgeable staff helping to meet the computer needs at our Headquarters. Daily prayer and devotional time help maintain God's perspective in your work.

Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Windows. Ability to work on a team. Possess the desire and ability to learn computer technology.
