Winter 2013, Daytona Beach, FL:

October 15 – Staff application due
December 9 – Online conference registration closes
January 7 – Worship team and senior staff/new staff couples arrive
January 8 – Everyone else arrives
February 2 – Phase II staff depart
February 9 – New staff commissioning and banquet
February 10 – Everyone else departs

Spring 2013, Mid-Career New Staff Training (NST), Orlando, FL:

May 9-19, 2013

Summer 2013, Ft. Collins, CO:

March 15 – Staff application due for those requesting an international placement
April 1 – Staff application due for the requesting a U.S. placement
June 8 – Worship team and senior staff/new staff couples arrive (tentative date)
June 9 – Everyone else arrives (tentative date)
July 14 – US Staff Conference begins
July 20 – US Staff Conference ends
July 21 – Everyone departs

Fall 2013, STINT-to-Staff and Mid-career NST, Orlando, FL:

September 5 – STINT-to-Staff participants arrive
September 6 – Mid-career participants arrive
September 14 – New staff commissioning and banquet
September 15 – Everyone departs
